I am a lawyer with extensive knowledge in the areas of Commercial Law and International Law; Specifically Tax Law, Mergers & Acquisition, Competition Law, PPP, Restructuring & Insolvency, International Trade Law and Arbitration. I pride myself in my exemplary analytical and critical thinking skills that enable me to dissect complex legal matters in the business world and offer workable legal solutions. _____________________________________________ In true multi hyphenate style, as a development practitioner, I have experience working with grassroots, national and international organizations in promoting and fostering the rights of women, children and youth through legal and policy development, advocacy, program management, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
