Step 1: Initiate the Business Addition

To begin, click on the link that says “This Business doesn’t exist, click here to Add It” or use the “Add Business” option. This will prompt you to fill out the necessary business details.

Step 2: Fill Out the Business Details Form

A popup form will appear, requesting specific details about your business. Complete this form accurately to ensure your business is correctly listed.

Step 3: Complete the Form Fields

Here’s a breakdown of the form fields and how to fill them out:

  • Location: Type your business name or building, and it will auto-populate using Google data. This feature helps fill out most of the form automatically, saving you time.
  • Category/Keywords: Add one or more categories that best describe your business. This improves searchability and ensures your business is found by the right audience.
  • Phone & Email: Enter one or more phone numbers and email addresses. These contacts will receive SMS lead alerts, so include those responsible for handling leads and customer inquiries, as well as the Founder/CEO if applicable.
  • Additional Fields: Complete the remaining fields. Refer to the next slide for Product ID/Mybigorder, which populates products automatically.
  • Branches: If your business has multiple branches, add them first to ensure they are correctly listed.

Step 4: Claim Your Business

After adding your business, you need to claim it. Type the name of your business, and since it’s already added, it will appear for you to claim.

Step 5: Manage Your Business Dashboard

Once you have claimed your business, it will appear on your dashboard. From here, you can manage various aspects of your business profile, including:

  • Updating business information
  • Managing other users who have claimed the business
  • Receiving and responding to leads
