Armed with your KEOnline consultant dashboard, find tasks and gigs from as basic as data entry, making calls or as advanced as web design, content creation or AI modelling. Ours is to provide you with a database of businesses, yours is to make money for yourself. Businesses are looking for customers and how they can sell their services and products. They can spend anything if you can help them get sales. Businesses are struggling to get online. We have 50 things they need to do to #GetDigitallyFit. Here are ways to work with us.

We are seeking to recruit the following:

D. THE DIGITALLY FIT POSITIONS

  1. Digitally Fit Country Official Partners (Board/Director): This position is a shareholder position. This position is best for those who aim at using our networks to grow our platforms with a sole aim of becoming a shareholder and a board member and lead in their country. They can buy shares directly or work on a franchise model where they start or rename their existing companies as our brand. They also have an option to get their own shares and work in the company to grow their shares. With shares they make decisions and ensure growth of the company to profits which they earn as dividends. They can also be working in the company and attract monthly salaries.   2. Digitally Fit County Ambassadors (County Board Members): This position is a franchise model where one would like to start an Oracom Group in their County/Province/State depending on their positions. It is best for people who want to Francize with us in their areas and towns and start our office there. They will be earning 50% country revenue profits if they fundraise the office or base salaries if we do the financing. They are best for those who have networks or want to start a company while leveraging on our existing networks, influence and Databases. This position is not good for someone looking for a job or money immediately.   3. Digitally Fit Experts: This position is best for people looking for Jobs and how to make money on a full time, part time or remotely. It’s also good for interns and those seeking internships while working from home. We will assist them and allocate them days when their lecturers are coming to evaluate them. This makes it a fully virtual internship that knows no borders. For those looking for part time jobs, this position fully fits you. They earn retainers and commissions. You can work on a:

  1. Palscity Country Ambassadors: They are in charge of all Palscity activities in their country. This position comes with a retainer. It’s a fully part time position though one can create a full time hybrid using half day DIGITALLY FIT positions. They grow Palscity activities in their countries including Palscity Social Media & Gigs, Palscity Sacco and Palscity Foundation. They are in charge of Palscity County Ambassadors. They manage the Palscity National WhatsApp group.
  2. Palscity County Ambassadors: They are in charge of all Palscity activities in their county. This position comes with a retainer. It’s a fully part time position though one can create a full time hybrid using half day DIGITALLY FIT positions. They grow Palscity activities in their counties including Palscity Social Media & Gigs, Palscity Sacco and Palscity Foundation. They are in charge of Palscity Constituency Ambassadors. They manage the Palscity County WhatsApp group.
  3. Palscity Constituency Ambassadors: They are in charge of all Palscity activities in their constituencies. This position comes with a retainer. It’s a fully part time position though one can create a full time hybrid using half day DIGITALLY FIT positions. They grow Palscity activities in their constituencies including Palscity Social Media & Gigs, Palscity Sacco and Palscity Foundation. They are in charge of Palscity Ward Ambassadors.   4. Palscity Ward Ambassadors: They are in charge of all Palscity activities in their wards. This position comes with a retainer.   5. Palscity School Ambassadors: They are in charge of all Palscity activities in their school (university or college). This position comes with a retainer. They grow Palscity activities in their schools including Palscity Social Media & Gigs, Palscity Sacco and Palscity Foundation. They manage the Palscity School WhatsApp group.

F. THE RENUMERATIONS & CONDITIONS


1. Retainer: Retainers is a monthly base FEE that adds to your commissions. {Tip: since you are not moving and if moving you are moving within your town, you are spending less. If you focus on Digital then this becomes very affordable}. They are only applicable to:

    1. Digitally Fit Experts: Kshs. 15,000 (main capital city of that country) OR KSh. 10,000 other towns. To earn this, you must have either converted 5 clients in that month or submitted reports with hours worth a months working hours or submitted atleast 50 leads of clients interested on our services in that month.”
    2. Palscity Ambassadors: KShs 5,000 part time retainer

2. Commissions: 10% the value of the project value – cumulated at end of the month. {Tip: web solutions keep evolving, a client gets a domain for 1,500 and a website for even 200,000 and they may want maintenance and Digital Marketing so from one client you may earn a lot of money. The last person holding this position was earning Kshs. 100,000 average on commissions – but you have to work hard at a start and be patient as you build your networks – our pilot team of 10 already making very good commissions.     1. Visit https://keonline.biz/ and login with your Consultant account. Ensure you have submitted your application, signed the contract and ready to go. The procedure is indicated “G” above
    2. Under CRM, click on “My Leads”. You will see all leads that you have entred listed below it. It’s important that you ad leads – leads are customers interested in a service or 2.
    3. On top is the “Leads Manager” that shows you stats of your leads. Remember each person sees their own stats. You can see your overall stats, daily, weekly, monthly etc
    4. Under each stat is the total leads, leads lost and leads won (are leads converted – ie the customer has paid) – remember your work is just to add a lead ours is to convert it for you faster with your help. We will leave for you the progress under “Track”
    5. Below it you can see the “Won” and “Commissions” these are automatically generated. Commissions are calculated at 10% automatically. This amount will be added to your based retainer and paid to you at the end of the month.
    6. To grow your commissions, you need to reach out to more clients and those interested you add them. Sources of leads include (Digital – SMS, WhatsApp, Emails, Calls, Social Media, Link Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Video recording) and (Offline – Self, Friends, Family, Face to Face, Visits, Door to Door walkins, Events, Radio, Brochures, Business Cards, Personal Selling, Agent Kiosk or Office).
    7. What qualifies as a lead? Someone who shows an interest and has picked what they will need and atleast you have mentioned a price.
    8. To add a lead click on “Add New Lead”. The “Lead name” is business name or individuals name and the service they are looking for. If more then just list 1 or 2 main eg – “Oracom Web Solutions – Web Design & Logo Design”. “Brand” Oracom runs as brands, if you have mastered the brands then you can add. If not then check the brands here https://oracomgroup.com/our-brands/ and their stories here https://oracomgroup.com/our-services/ but if you cannot remember then choose any. We will edit for you. “Due Time” is the time you want the lead to have been closed. “Services” type a service and add it. If they needed more than 1 services then tag all. “Associated Company” is the company of the client. If you cannot find the company then add it under “Businesses -> List -> Add” then refresh and now it will appear. If it’s an individual and has no company then add under “Oracom Group”, “Source” is how you received the business. “Name, Email, Phone” are client details. “Assigned To” – this is important. Type the brand initial. And tag anyone with the name ending with the initial eg “Brian Alusa – OMA” for Oramedia person – they will be your task partner to help you convert the business. You will work with them. “Priority” is how urgent. “Lead Status” mark “New” if it just arrived. Always change status as it progresses. “Country” put country so that we can match it to the right experts. “Currency” is the currency the client may want. “Price” should be an estimate but leave 0. Type something here otherwise it will not save. This you and your mentor should update as time goes. “Notes” type here what the client wanted – describe it well so that the mentor knows how to start the next conversation with the client.
    9. Save and Submit – Congrats - the Lead is added on the list. Immediately it’s added, it’s also submitted to the mentor. You can call or whatsapp +254709000833 if urgent. The mentor will see it and convert for you as you follow – they get nothing all commissions are yours since they do not earn commissions.
    10. Always use the “Edit” feature to edit the lead at each stage. When it’s paid, our finance team will indicate the same and now you can celebrate. If the service needs a deposit then you will earn deposit and final amount at the end when it’s paid.
    11. Use the “Track” feature all the time to see progress made. You can also always make your comments as you see what your mentor is also doing. Each person who handles anything says it there so that we are all in one page.

  1. TASK GUIDELINES:

    2. Click on CRM -> My Tasks. You should find atleast 2 tasks or 3 of if you are both Palscity and DIGITALLY FIT. Find the task details on “H, c” above. If you are a Consultant, then you only see tasks that you are assigned.
    3. You can always “Filter” and Search tasks that you have.
    4. “Adding Tasks” you are not allowed to add tasks. We add them and assign you. However sometime you may need to add them – always consult us before you add.
    5. Task “Edit” Feature is used when you want to edit the task features and status where necessary.
    6. Task “Track” is the most important. It is where we entered hours and days worked. All you need to do is every time you work under a task you come and add here. You will only be paid if you either beat target or recorded timing based on your reports submitted here. To send a report go to “Post Task Report” do this every time you have handled anything on this task or any task. Here type what you have done. Do not use AI. Just type, make it short and detailed with what is important. Always leave details of who you spoke to, their contacts, email if you have sent emails or called – list down all calls and their status. Do not include missed calls. Indicate the status for each client you have reached out to under “Businesses -> Awards -> Search and click Feedback part and update. If you have done this then just state how many you called. If links are needed put it. If you want to show important files update there. If none then just type. Next is under “Approximate Time Taken” indicate the hours and minutes taken on the project. It must be worth the time you have taken and what you have done.
    7. That’s all – we will receive the reports immediately you post them. They will also be updated on your calendar and used to pay.

  1. PAYMENT GUIDELINES:

    1. Payments are done at the end of the month. You need to keep a list of your leads somewhere in a book and those you have converted so that end month you share them – we reconcile with what is on the system combine and pay
    2. Ensure we have the correct payment details on where we are sending you the money. You should have added this on the contract submission form. In case they change inform us so that we update. Money sent to wrong number due to your mistake will not be our liability.
    3. Payments are combined and made between dates 5 and 10 of a month.
    4. Retainers are only paid based on the 8 hours of a month reports and what it accumulates to eg. If you worked and posted reports worth 2 days then we will calculate the days and pay days worked except when you have met the targets and not recorded hours so you either beat the 5 sales or record respective hours – any of them.
