- Earnings: Every New Business added Kshs. 5 and existing business updated Kshs 2, Every Audit done Kshs. 5. Can earn 12 per entry.
- Always delete duplicates, Do not add duplicates. Remove contacts nolonger in service or that look incomplete.
- Under the comments section leave a comment where you feel that business nolonger exists eg businesses that looks collapsed or nolonger active.
- When Done, request the next category
- This role is best for those who want to make huge commissions on clients looking for digital solutions.
- They want to make as simple as send a whatsapp or even calls or arrange and do meetings or send emails either that is easy for them
- They should have a separate business number separate from their usual personal lines
- They are our part time consultants who are trained on Digital Marketing and assigned categories.
- Committment, Branding & Training FEE: They pay Kshs. 5,000 for branding (2 branded Tshirts, poster, 50 business cards, job tag, training) for online or physical training. Find how to pay below.

- Renumeration: Earn 15% commssion on conversion with our team helping you convert. Earn an Extra retainer of Kshs, 10,000 every month you bring business worth KShs. 10,000 & above.
- All meetings are facilitated by the company. To earn the retainer, you need to hit their target. Invoice us for services you are trained on and you feel you can offer
- This role is best for people who can offer services in web design, digital marketing plus any service a client may need to get #DigitallyFit.

D. FAQ
- Are the FREE first 10 entries paid: NO, they are not paid. The are used as test purposes. Our Teams will help work with you to ensure you are good to go. They will be a result of you and our teams hence not paid. The rest of the additions you make going forward are now paid. Who benefits? Both since they are a result of helping you understand the role.
- Do I need to manually Track my Listings: No need get logs in real time anytime you add or update a businesses. During the pay period we will simply export and share the stats with you.
- Do I need to pay to do this work?: No, joining this program is FREE for data entry, audit teams and technical teams. However the Digitally Fit Sales consultants pay to access certain materials and go through a self benefiting Digital Marketing Training with a Certificate. More details are on each position.
- How will I be paid and when are payments done?: Payments are done every 15th and end month. Always give a 2 to 5 days allowance just incase verifications take longer. Payments are made through your MPESA or any other preferred payment mode. We will use the details you have used to register but confirm with you before we make the payments.
- Are we your employees or will get a recommendation letter?: No you are not our employee except the Digitally Fit Sales teams are our part time trained members. We do not give recommendations to the other positions except this.
- Do I have a chance of Joining you on a full time basis?: Yes, mostly the trained Consultants have a big chance. Since we have trained them and coached them on the job, they are always given priority based on their performances.
- Is this position only for Kenyans?: No. This position is for all East Africa countries. We have Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Somalia, DR Congo with more countries coming up.
- If I am a Kenyan can I handle businesses in other countries?: YES you can but it's better another person in that country handles it since they know their country best. Since we may not have people for those countries we will be forced to work with you.
- From your opinion which role can give me more money quick?: All the roles are rewarding equally but the trained Digitally Fit Consultants can become rich quickly since they are well trained and branded. Their commissions of 15% is equally very good and their retainers even makes their role more interesting.
- Can I register for 1 role and do all the roles?: YES. The position you have take allows you to still make money from positions below you. The higher the position the better for you.
E. DATA ENTRY SELF ORIENTATION MANUAL
- Confirm you have joined the whatsapp group, registered to be a member and your dashboard is registered as above.
- Request to be assigned a category based on your interest. You can always pick 1 or 2 categories.
- Now click "Businesses" then "List" search for businesses and add. To get the businesses go to google and "category and a town" eg "Saccos in Kakamega, Saccos in Nairobi " etc and update the businesses we do not have. You can also use the status update for searches.
- Use the "update status" page to edit the businesses if the contact is wrong. Updates earns you money.
- These details are needed when adding new or editing. Business name, Logo (optional), Phone 1,2,3, email 1,2,3 of it has more than 1 phone no or email, country and website (if it has).
- To update the logo, click the plus next to the business then "Update Profile" then update logo and save

a. Pick a category at https://keonline.biz/business-of-the-year inform Victor to mark it for you.
b. Access your account dashboard and now click "Update Status" then filter the category as follows
c. Pick each business name, put on google, see if it has a website or socials,
d. Confirm the phone Number (Google My Business or their website contact us page or their facebook about us page or post adverts on socials). Also confirm and update email addresses. Scroll to the end (far right) and click "Edit" to update the details and save.

This form will popup and update these 1st 3 buttons and save (but if you want to make business out of these check a few of these brand services and note areas they can be helped eg the website is poorly done, the domain is not loading etc). These sections are optional but can help in in conversion for commission percentages.
d. Now Save and copy their contacts put on whatsapp and send them this message "Hallo, my name is (your name). Is this {company name}?" proceed with the communication if they reply "I was checking your online presence and noted a few things that need improvements. Can I share them with you here or send to your email?". Ask them to share which email or whatsapp to send them to. Go to test.keonline.biz and key the website and generate report and share. Always followup. If they do not have a domain you can share with our team still to help you.
e. Also pick the emails and send this to the emails. The rest can be on cc since you are sending 1 per business.
