We hold two major awards each year:
- Person of the Year (POY) - which recognizes individual CEOs and leaders of businesses and brands.
- Business of the Year (BOY) - which focuses on recognizing businesses themselves.
This year, we will also introduce the East African Edition, combining both POY and BOY winners from seven East African countries.
